COVID-19 Safety Information

We are a COVID Safe business. Our aim is to keep you safe while you attend our premises. All clients must check in using the QR code and show us proof of this. As per government regulations, masks must be worn while you are inside our premises  the only exception is for children under 12 years. Please be aware that you must provide proof of double vaccination. Details on how to access your vaccination certificate can be found here. 

Social Distancing

We are adhering to government initiated social distancing rules. We maintain at least 1.5 metres distance from each other at all times. We have configured our room to be able to maintain this distance.

Cleanliness

We have updated our cleaning regime and we now clean the room and couches between each client. We have also got hand sanitiser available for clients to use before and after each session. We are not shaking hands and our sessions are contactless including payment for your peace of mind. 
Screening Questions
Before your appointment we will ask you some screening questions and request that you answer them honestly. You can only visit our offices if you fit the following criteria:
Have you had contact with anybody who has COVID-19 in the last 14 days?

Do you have any of the following or have you had any of the following within the last 14 days?
  1. Sore Throat
  2. High Temperature
  3. Difficulty Breathing
  4. Cough
If you have answered yes to any of the above questions, you will need to let us know PRIOR to attending our offices. Please call us on 0421 598486 if you have any questions about our screening process.
